- Practice Information

We are a small family practice owned and run by local doctors. We have been servicing the Kingsford and surrounding community for over 25 years.
We are commited to providing personalized, comprehensive and extensive health care services to our community.
Our aim is to combine a family friendly and welcoming atmosphere with the highest clinical and procedural standard of medical services to ensure the well being of our patients.

- Appointments

Our practice work by appointments only. Place call 9663-2785 for an appointment. Every effort will be made to accommodate your preferred time and preferred practitioner. Longer consultations are available on request, please indicate to our receptionist if you require a longer appointment or you are unsure how long to book for. We requests long appointments for Mental Health Care Pans, Minor Procedures, Health Assessments among them.

We offer Tele-Health appointments via video link as well as telephone. These are appointments are billed privately if the patient does not have concession eligibility.

- Interpreter Services

This are available when required. Please let us know at the time of booking so we can organise this for you.

- Home Visits

Home visits are available to regular patients of the practice whose condition prevents them from attending our practice.

- After Hours Care

Our practice has an arrangement with National Home Doctors Service which provides care for patients after hours. In case of emergency please dial 000.

- Practice Parking

Our practice has ample public parking in Bruce St, Houston Rd and surrounding area. Usually parking slots are available for 2~4 hours during the week.

- Disabled Access

Our practice has street level access through the front door access and it is suitably accessible by wheelchair and ambulance stretcher.

- Reminders and Recalls

Our practice has a system for recalling patients. We may recall a patient for significant pathology results and reminders for various health reasons. We will seek your permission to be included on our reminder system.

- Privacy and your Rights

Our practice is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal health information. Your medical records is a confidential document and we are committed to ensure that your personal health information is only available to authorised staff members.

- Transfer of Medical Records

Transfer of records to another practice can be arranged after a written authority signed by the patient is received by us.
Transfer of medical records is done electronically by email of an encrypted file to the requesting or nominated practice email address. We do not provide printed copy nor paper posting of medical records.

- Complaints Process

We encourage feedback from our patients, and in the case of any complaints we endeavour to resolve these as quickly as possible and to the best of our abilities.

If you are not happy with any aspect of our service provided to you, you have the option to make a formal complaint through the Health Care Complaints Commission (HCCC), specially if you feel that the matter has not been dealt with to your satisfaction by our practice.

The Commission’s Inquiry Service handles inquiries from people who are concerned about the quality of the health care provided to them or to a family member or friend. The service also responds to questions from health service providers in relation to complaints. Inquiries are usually made by telephone or email.
